  • Life coaching is a collaborative process that helps you identify goals, overcome obstacles, and create actionable strategies to achieve personal and professional success.

  • Coaching focuses on the present and future like helping you set and achieve goals, while therapy often focuses on healing past emotional issues and treating clinical diagnoses. If you are seeking help with a mental health concern, please contact a licensed mental health provider.

  • Not necessarily. We can work together in our first few sessions to clarify your goals for coaching.

  • A coaching session is 50 minutes. We will review your action items from the previous session, explore challenges you may be facing in achieving your goals, and develop practical steps for you to move forward. Near the end of our session, I’ll ask you to identify your key takeaways and action items. Lastly, we will confirm the date and time for our next session.

  • Online via Google Meet.

  • Most clients meet either weekly or biweekly, but the choice is up to you based on what fits your needs and schedule the best.

  • The Standard Rate for a 50 minute coaching session is $100. Choose-Your-Rate options are available: $75 (Reduced), $100 (Standard), or $150 (Supporter). Payment is processed before the beginning of each session.

  • Payments are made via Stripe. You can pay for your coaching session by clicking the “Pay for Session” button at the bottom of the Home page.

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any session. Sessions that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $50 late fee.

  • All payments for coaching sessions and late fees are non-refundable.
